About Me
As a working mom I can relate to the relentless struggle to eat real food in a fast-paced, fast-food world. I am passionate in my pursuit of the root causes of your health challenges.
After experiencing several health issues myself (hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances, and insomnia) due to dieting, bingeing, emotional eating, and overall poor nutritional choices (in my 20s I actually thought Nachos Bell Grande was a balanced meal),
I am excited to help others develop a personalized strategy for enduring health and vitality.
Work With Me
As your Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I will take a bio-individualized approach that recognizes when it comes to health and nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all method. Nutritional Therapy is tailored to an individual’s needs, lifestyle, activity level, stress level, ancestry and more.
We will not use a band-aid approach when it comes to your health. We will work together find the root causes of your health challenges along with effective solutions.
We will focus on the following Nutritional Foundations to deliver optimal health results:
Nutrient-Dense, Whole-Foods Diet
Digestion
Blood Sugar Regulation
Fatty Acid Balance
Mineral Balance
Hydration
Though nutrition is the primary focus of Nutritional Therapy, we will also concentrate on improving lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress and movement.
A commitment to yourself and this process is required to reach your health goals.
I look forward to supporting you every step of the way. My 1:1 coaching requires a three-month commitment with an option to extend after completion

You want more energy.
You want more focus.
You want better sleep.
You want to feel good in your body.
You want to balance your hormones.
You want to know how whole foods and a healthy lifestyle can fit into your busy schedule.
You want to lose weight and maintain a lifestyle protocol that supports and sustains that loss.
But so far everything you’ve tried has left you frustrated and exhausted. You're ready for a better way, a way...that actually works.
That’s where I come in.
I used to buy fresh fruits and vegetables only to watch them slowly decompose because I didn’t have the resources to put it all together in a way that would work for me and my schedule. I’ve been there and can guide you to a better path.My program educates and empowers you to develop healthy habits and routines that will improve your overall health and well-being and strengthen your relationships.
Doing this alone can feel overwhelming.
I am here to help!

If you have these questions…
How do I get more energy?
How do I feed my family so they have optimal energy all day?
Why do I have brain fog?
Why do I (or my family) feel bloated and gassy after meals?
How do I get myself and my family to eat whole foods?
How do I get my picky eaters to try new foods?
Are my kids getting enough sleep?
Am I getting enough sleep?
How do I feed and hydrate my young athletes to keep them fueled for their sports?
Could excessive screen time be causing anxiety and depression?
How do I set up screen time limits for my family and myself?
Are there simple and healthy meals that my family will actually eat?
What are my healthy “on the go” options that will keep me out of a drive thru?
Is it even possible to do this with our hectic family schedule?
Together we will find the answers to all of these questions, and you will be...
fully supported!
I help families develop a lifestyle plan that includes contributions from everyone regardless of age, sports involvement, extracurricular activities, homework load, attitude problem, or employment level. My program educates and empowers your family members to develop healthy habits and routines that will improve your overall health and well-being, and strengthen your relationships.
As a working parent, I know that doing this alone can feel overwhelming.

You CAN have a family who’s invested in their health. They just need someone to lead the way and get them involved in the process. That someone is YOU! And I am here to help.
